* AT A BEAUTIFUL WHISTLER LUXURY CHALET! (CLICK HERE)
You have decided you would to throw your hat in the ring to win a week at a luxury chalet in beautiful Whistler, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Here are the contest details and the multi-step application process, and good luck!
General Guidelines:
- Go to the website: www.whistlerchalet.ca to familiarize yourself with the luxury chalet, and the many awards and rankings that Whistler has received
- If you want more info on Whistler recreational activities and amenities during the summer and winter seasons, go to www.whistlerblackcomb.com and www.tourismwhistler.com.
- There will only be one winner. The week at Whistler is to be arranged by mutual agreement and used between August 15 and November 30, 2007, given that the chalet is a private family retreat. Actually, the time usage period is a bit more than a week. The week starts from 3:00 PM PST on a Friday, and ends at 2:00 PM on a Sunday
- The contest is for the use of the chalet only within the time limits outlined. There is no “cash value”. Each winner and his/her travelling companions are responsible for any and all other costs including, but not limited to, transportation, meals, etc. If the prize is not used during a mutually agreed specified time period from the time the prize is awarded, the prize winning lapses. The prize cannot be transferred by the winner to someone else. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
- You don’t have to pay anything to enter the contest, but there are other requirements as noted under “Contest Rules” below.
- The draw will take place on August 1, 2007 following the noon PST deadline. The selected entrant will be contacted and will be required to answer correctly, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question during a pre-arranged telephone interview before being declared a winner. In the event that a selected entrant cannot be contacted by no later than 12:00 noon PST on August 2, 2007, or a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, or is otherwise ineligible to receive the draw prize, such selected entrant will be replaced by the next ensuing selected entrant.
- The draw contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside by the Contest closing date.
- No correspondence about the contest will be entered into with any draw entrant except the selected entrant. Neither the National Real Estate Institute Inc., nor homebuyer.ca, or any other parties involved with this draw, will be responsible, nor will have any liability directly or indirectly, with respect to any entries lost due to any computer or website malfunction or any other error.
- All decisions by the National Real Estate Institute Inc. and homebuyer.ca, in respect to all aspects of this contest including, but not limited to, eligibility of entries and correctness of the skill-testing question are final.
- The chance of entrants winning the prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Contest Closing Date of 12:00 noon PST August 1, 2007.
- The deadline for prize draw application is 12:00 Noon PST on August 1, 2007

There is a no smoking and no pets policy, and limits on the number of guests.
